My employer is a home health/staffing agency. She took me off the case just for the simple reason the client doesn't want me on the case. My employer told her and me that she couln't and woudn't take me off the case. The client has a tramatic brain injury and cannot make decisions for herself. Now all of a sudden my boss said I/m going to be her ginnie pig and see if she requests for me to come back on the case. In the mean time my boss said she will find me hours to replace the ones she is taking away does she have to make sure I'm making the same pay as before? We get paid differently for each client. Please help not sure what to do next.

No, she does not have to ensure that you get the same pay as before unless you have a bona fide contract that says otherwise.

If the client doesn't want you on the case, the boss really has very little choice than to remove you unless they're willing to lose the client.
