Falsely Acting as a Notary by accident! I didn't know you had to Submit the Certificate of Qualification to the Secretary of State and Record the notary commission and signature with the clerk of the court of Ohio. I passed the test and I show up in the data base, I didn't know I had to do the rest and I have notarized documents since then. what do I do?

You could have your commission revoked. Get it registered. This site nor do I recommend fraudulent acts acts however it is possible the issue will never come up.
