Notice of Calim against an estate

Does anyone have a sample document " Notice of Claim"? If so, can you send.
I have helped this couple that lives in Nevada be named administrator of the wifes mothers estate. I lent them $$ to hire an attorney. unfortunately the attorney they hired took the monies and abandone the case. I did all the running back and forth to the court house to get sample court documents and filled and filed these documents for them. The court granted them the administrator for the estate and had to sell and have the monies held with the sellers attorney which happened. I also got the court to release some monies from the estate to pay the children. And to have whatever expenses that were undertaken to be held with the attorney until a bond can be issued. My agreement with them was to help them and whatever money they receive they will pay me immediately. They received the monies about 3 weeks ago and they have not return any of my calls. I have a promissary note signed and notarized as well as a mechanic lien against the property that they sold here in Queens County as well as there home in Nevada. Please advise. Thank You

The required form of a Statement of Claim differs from state to state. Contact your court clerk.

Why have you got a mechanic's lien on the properties? What kind of work were you doing on them? I would not be surprised if these were unenforceable.

If they breached your agreement, sue them. I'd be worried about what to tell the judge they owe you the money for. If you're not practicing law without a license, you're dangerously close to it.
