i signed a lease on a privately owned mobile lot,in aug '07. i'm still not in my home. reasons are many.
one being, the property management co. did not disclose that a permanent carport must be built before i can get a certificate of occupancy from the county. when i told prop. mang. the agent told me "well that's on you"
secondly my lease states , septic is in working order. i found out the pipe
was plugged up and tank was completely full. the tank got pumped but the
pipe was not cleared and the holes they dug were not filled. on april 15 they
filled for a lien for non payment (2 weeks ) i am filing a notice of opposition.
what exactly should i list as my reasons.
ps do i have to pay rent if the septic is still not working? (1 month now)
