A couple months ago I was caught stealing some beer. I haven't gotten a letter yet. Do they send a letter if they aren't going to charge you? Or some sort of notification?

They do not have to send you any letter or other notification of no charges. Don't stress unless or until they DO notify you (or come an arrest you).

And stop the heisting.

Sorry, I thought you wanted trutfh and facts. You know you did wrong, in my state, you would never have typed that, as you would be doing some time, and in that time, you would be broken.

Again, sorry I was harsh, but you don't., even in murder, try to explain. Personaly, I dont care, I question what they are doing. If they mucked up, then so be it, as it will be a WIN.
