We have a neighbor who moved in about 7 months ago. When he first moved in we never saw him out to meet him. One night we were having an oyster roast and he proceeds to our backyard introduces himself and then kept talking and talking and talking while eating our food. Then he gets his family brings them over and invites himself to our oyster roast. WE didn't say anything because we wanted to be neighborly.
Then from that moment on he continued coming over uninvited and talked forever and never could get the hint we didn't want him over there EVERYNIGHT of the week and weekend.
Well one night some friends were over playing horseshoes when one of the neighbor's who had a little too much to drink told him to shut the f** up but then apologized. But the man go mad and went home.
the next night he called the police on us for watching a 12" t.v in our backyard. He said it was bothering him. the police said we weren't doing anything wrong.
So...everytime we have been outside this man has called the police on us for watching t.v in our backyard with a group of friends.
It got to the point where we took him to court for blogging slanderous things, and we had to put up a fence to keep him off our property. But this man still watches us in our own backyard constantly, harasses other neighbors by complaining to our Neighborhood Association President about their yard, the way they put the fence up, the color of the mailbox and the list goes on...
What can we do as neighbors to remove this man from our neighborhood???? We had a nice neighborhood until he moved in... We have gone to the Neigborhood Association President but nothing...
And we did a background check on him because he said he has moved a lot do to other neighbors. It has all of us concerned because he moved from out west to the east with no family or anything where we live. He constantly stares and watches everything everybody does in our neighborhood.
Please give us some kind of advice
