NY Speeding Ticket

In NY, a disposition has to be provided by the officer 32 days from the date of the speeding ticket. It has been more than that in my case and I have not received anything. Will this warrant my ticket being thrown out?

Did you request the deposition and do you have proof of the date your request was received? If so, you can make a motion for dismissal.
