So I've been renting out an apt. on my property for about 10 months.. I'm not crazy about the tenants, but they paid their rent and didn't bother me much.. Well, until last night.

At 9pm, the cops show up at my house... Some kind of Domestic dispute happened, I think the Woman's son hit or pulled a knife on her BF who lives there... Then the BF hit the kid (16 years old)...

I understand that, I don't care how hold someone is.. If they pull a knife on me they're getting hit... BUT I don't like have the police in my driveway for 2 hours...

Also, my neighbor overheard some of the talk an the BF was saying some really stupid stuff... Really stupid stuff, which I don't like...

The cops took him to stay with his parents and it sounded like there will be a restraining order signed..

In my lease, I clearly wrote that I hold the right to evict at any time with 30 days notice...

Do you guys think I should evict? Do you think I bear any legal risk in doing so?

How do I proceed?
