Have a next door neighbor where I have endure constant disrespect to my property from her Son, it was addressed once to her and since no changes has occur the police been called there after every single time, in the past 2 years he has knock down a panel of privacy fence located between the property's and on these last knock down witch occur about 4 weeks ago I put up a not too nice sign up that says the following "Stay of the F*****ing Fence". Can she take me to court for these sign?

Be smarter than the child, take down that offensive sign.

It could be considered offensive, so why make problems for yourself?

If you want to put up a sign, why not a simple "NO TRESPASSING" sign?

Anyone can sue anyone, so I suspect she could sue you for placing such a distasteful and rude sign in public view.

Why not place surveillance cameras all over your property?

Then, when the little (or big) terrorist strikes again, BINGO, you have proof of who did what.

You can contact the police and attempt to bring charges against the alleged wrong doer.

How old is this son? He is 15 What exactly is he doing? what has he done trow rocks to my house burned what ever in my yard, and the list goes on and on, he comes up with diferent stuff every single time its annoying
