austin tx. my son and his room mate are renting an apartment. 6 months into the lease his room mate is called back to active duty and is being sent back to war. My son cannot afford this apartment by his self. The landlord of these apartments will not let him out of his lease. both names are on it.
nor will they let him take a one bedroom instead of the 2 bedrooms they have now.
Is there anything my son can do since this was a goverment act and not one
of a room mate dispute.
