I need advice on this and I don't really know where to start. Well heres my story...
Today the neighbors called the cops on my house because they heard an argument between me and my wife, I was yelling loud and they heard me. The cop showed up after my wife left and said he smelled weed on me and asked if I'd smoked today. I told him yes and he asked if I had anything in the house and I told him the truth and said yes. He told me to go get it so I went inside and got what I had (a small tin with a 1/2 ounce, some postal scales and some roaches). I turned it over to him and he took my info. He said he could charge me with manufacturing/distribution but told me depending on what kind of info I gave him on the dealer and what not he could get the charge reduced or even dropped all together. I need to know what the smart thing to tell him would be and what he can actually charge me with and what not. Any info would be great, please respond quickly. I would greatly appreciate it.
