Old Truck Restoration

In 1993 I entered into a verbal agreement with a gentleman in Georgia to restore an old truck of mine. Here it is 15 years later and I still don't have my truck. He has $13,500.00 of my money, and I have several witnesses who will stand behind the agreement we made. I paln to go get the truck as is, and try to recover some of my money. What are my chances, and or my options.

When did you pay him this money?

If you did this 15 years ago, you're out of luck. The statute of limitations on an oral contract in Georgia ran out years ago...
