I am a certified medical marijuana provider, grower, and patient. Can my landlord have any recourse, if I need apartment maintenance done

Your landlord may have grounds to evict you.
Often times people who believe they are operating legally are not. A common problem is in zoning. I doubt your operation is legally run out of your home.
