On Probation. Do I need to stay back after I94 expiress???

I am working on H1-B here.I was charged with retail fraud in Feb,2014. Later , with the help of my attorney and prosecutor it was reduced to Disorderly person and I pleaded guilty for it. THe PO has recommended for 1year of probation
Inspite of telling my situation , the judge gave me 1year of probation, 80 hours of comn service and some program to complete. However , judge told to complete comm. service by sept. 1st week and submit the proof. She said , she will not cross the federal law. I dont know , what I need to expect. In this case should I need to stay back , even after I 94 validity is over??
What are the other options it might be? will I get permission to leave country ? what all other options judge have to retain me in this country for this?
