So recently I was fired and when I say recently I mean yesterday because a month ago I was dozing off on the job and my boss went to HR. They said its an ongoing pattern because it happened before in 2008. I have already informed my managers that I have been experiencing sleeping problems but have been working on them. My boss and I don't like each other so everytime I do anything and I mean anything he is cc the regional manager and a couple ofher other people or calling HR. He never really communicated with me as he should have and when other employees do major things that are supposed to be reported he gives them a slap on the hand and doesn't do anything. For example I worked in a bank and a teller was recently caught force balancing her cash drawer and he didn't do anything, that is grounds for immediate termination but of course he did nothing but everytime he went after me he said as a branch manager he has to treat everyone the same but clearly thats not the case. I had to report him to HR three times since he came to that branch for braking major rules such as giving out his codes to employees that shouldn't have them. Does this seem like discrimination that I could fight or just let it go?
