one time domestic vilolance

One time domestic ticket my husband got tonight, we are both 71 years old don;t drink or do drugs, we argue alot and I am bad with my word at my husband I push, push with my mouth, tonight he lost it and pushed me into the big TV it did not break, we still were aruging and then he pushed and I fell backwards and hit my heat on the ceramic tile floor, but I am ok, my son heard all the going on on the phone from his house cause my phone was off the hook of something and called the police out they came instead of taking him to jail they gave him a ticket and he had to go to a motel and spend the nightThe motel was $119 he put that on a credit card, now I am worried about what the ticket will cost, I don;t want o press charges it was as much my fault if not more not keeping my mouth shut was alot of abuse to him and about his famil, he just lost it tonight,I read here on this site for him to pleased not guilty, and for us both to keep put mouths shut and they might dissmiis it when have been married 40 years, he has some dementi and parkinson not the shakes but in his swallowing food.how much is this ticket going to cost in Fort Worth,Tarrant county? I don;t want him to have to hire a lawyer,we just need to work things out some way or seperate he will be home in the morning since he had to leave for the night or go to jail, I told the police I didn't want to press charges or him go to jail, so they said a ticket and him leave for tonight.Please help

You likely don't have much to worry about at your age and with no history of violence. Show up to court at the appointed time, leaf bit guilty, and obtain an attorney through the court.
If he has medical concerns make sure they are being addressed.
 
leaf bit guilty (what does that mean? ) what will the attorny through the court cost? we have never had to have a attorney before?

If the court appoints an attorney, it'll cost you nothing.
The taxpayers of your county pay for it.
