9months ago my supervisor shoved me into the urinal while I was peeing and told me next time I shouldn't stand so close. I reported it to a supervisor an nothing was done( I have signed and dated statement saying I reported it). A few days ago the supervisor that shoved me fired me for walking away from him while I was off the clock because we were Gavin an argument. He doesn't have the authority to fire me so I was able to come back. Later that day a coworker told me that te supervisor is saying everyone needs to stay out of it because it's going to get worse before it gets better ( signed statement from him). I called the SOS hotline to report and after a week and a half nothing was done. I met with store manager and he told me that it looked like the other guy was telling the truth. ( video has no audio). He ten spent the next hour telling me I am a combative negative person who isn't productive and so on. However on the last 8 months I've won employee of the month twice and have a signed and dated letter of recommendation from the store manager. For starters in terrifie of this guy. I don't k ow what he's going to do. And now I feel that since I reported that im bing watched and my Job is being threatened. I also have a witness who mediated the discussion with store manager.
My question is. Is there anything I can do. A lawyer told me to call eeoc but from what ive read it must be a a race gender etc. matter to call them.

Thanks in advance for any help. I just feel stuck. I dont know if he's going to come after me or If they are going to come after my job

You don't have a legal problem, you have a personal problem. The deck appears stacked against you. It might be time to look for greener pastures. If what you say is true, this appears headed for a bad outcome or a couple people. Get out now, before something awful happens!!

You are correct - the EEOC will not touch cases that are not linked to race, gender, religion and so on.

Unless you work in HR and have access to the personnel files, you do not know that "nothing was done". You know only that he wasn't fired, and they are not obligated to fire him. They are also not obligated to tell you what other disciplinary action they may have taken.

Keep away from him as much as possible. But if you are asking what action you can take that will guarantee that your job is protected, or alternately what action you can take that will guarantee that he is fired, the answer to both is, there is none.
