i am in orlando florida.On St patricks day i was outside of a bar in downtown orlando with an open bottle of a wine cooler.i was arrested ,spent the night in jail.I didnt have bail money.I admitted to the offence.I was told $200 in court,then when i checked with the clercks office they are telling me that with court costs,public defenders fees etc i have to pay $575.
I had just gone through surgery,5days in the hospital and was on percoset at the time.Even when i had gone to jail that night i was under watch in the medical unit.
The court has now given me another hearing with a judge Wixtrum,on may 14th.I know the fine is too high,but i want to represent myself the best way possible and thus seeking advice.
What should my fine be?
