Open cps case against me

I have an open cps case against myself and husband that was called in my neighbor of 30 years. He fabricated lies saying I did and sell drugs in front of my kids, and domestic violence occurres. There was an occurance in 2008 in which my husband served 45 days in jail. And my mother threatened to call cps if I got Back with him. Well I did and next thing u know I have cps in my life. When my son was born I tested positive for cocaine. Both of those cases were closed. I had 2 more calls made to cps out of retaliation.

On the current one the case worker showed up at my kids school and took them she would not show me the court order. She took then based upon my husband taking prescribed adderall in which she said he tested positive for meth. My husband doesn't do meth. My unwillingness to take a drug test. I lost my ID and I told her that several times

You and your husband need to cooperate with CPS and do whatever they tell you to do before you get your kids back.

Drug abuse will continue to destroy you, moreover, your family.
You need to seek treatment to recover from your addiction.
You have a disease.
You must beat the disease to beat the man to put your family back together.
Sadly you're where you are because of the poor choices you've made.

As stated earlier you need to work with CPS and not fight them. This will be over much quicker if you comply rather than fight.

If hubby tested positive for meth, he does meth. That and living in the home of a (hopefully former) cocaine user and someone who has done jail time for DV are concerning. Cooperate with CPS.
