I have not lived with my husband for 2 years.(he is with his exwife) He now has cancer that is incurable and has medical bills. I believe he is on medicaid. He is 64 years old.I am 55. He also owes IRS. I have always filed Married/Seperate. Will I be responsible for his debts when he dies? If I divorce him, will I be responsible for his debts? I don't know what I should do.
