My husband was charged with failing to maintain lane control as result of being in an accident. He was in his work truck and the wreck occurred due to him attempting to avoid a car that was drifting in his lane. He believes the other driver was either texting or attempting to make a call (he drives a 23 ft box truck). Unfortunately, the other driver did not stop.
