Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Order of non disclosure

I was charged with theft of chek $50-$500 back in 2005. I was granted deferred adjudication and place on 6 months probation. I was not able to pay all the fine in that timeframe so it ended up getting extended for about 3 years. As of last year all has been taken care of. Prior to this I was a Sheriff's Deputy for about 6 years with no prior cinvictions. I am currently in the medical field and recently have been accepted into nursing school but this charge is delaying my process. I need to know how to get an oder of non disclosure, what the process is, how long it will take amd how much it will cost me.
