So...You are a lier as well as an abusive "man"?

on august 16, 2010, I had an argument with my wife and I did not ever hit her, but we just were yelling and she got upset very much Because she said that I hurt her feelings and went to sleep after she cried most of the night and me too, because I love her and I know she loves me too, but you know sometimes the person cannot control himself and say whatever it comes to his mind.

I thought she fell in the shower?

You need a lawyer. Ask the court to appoint one to represent you. Or, hire your own lawyer.

Plead not guilty.

If you get convicted, you'll be ordered to pay a fine, take counseling, do community service, stay away from your family (until you've completed your classes and counseling), see your children under supervision (if you're lucky), stay out of trouble, and this might all go away.
