I was divorced in the State of Washington but am currently living in Florida. I need to hire an attorney to petition for a change in custody. Do I need to hire an attorney from Washington or can I use an attorney in Florida? Thanks for any advice.

Jurisdiction should remain in Washington so an Attorney in Washington would be needed
