My "wife" filed for divorce in 2006. A year later in 2007 my wages were garnished with alimony and child support payments. Later on she skipped the state leaving our child behind and yet I still paid her child support. Well now I am going through the response to the divorce, which takes forever, but how am I suppose to let the judge know she committed fraud if he won't listen to me? The child and alimony paid takes most of my paychecks and now I can barely afford to live

It can be done.
It isn't necessarily fraud.
You can recoup the overpayment.
You must show the judge that she abandoned the kids and took the money.
Then you must show the kids were with you and you supported them.
You will need proof and witnesses, reliable, believable witnesses.
You'd be better off hiring an attorney.
But, collecting the money from her might be hard.

Have you contacted the CA child support enforcement bureau to see how you go about stopping child support? Call around to some attorneys to see if anyone can help you. CA Courts have a family law fascilitator, ask them the process of getting her served to stop child support. If I were you, file for child support against her.
