Overtime Discrimination

I am the only person, at my position, who works for the company at which I am employed. My co-workers are all contract employees. The company has been giving all the overtime to the contract employees even though I am senior to all the contractors and their labor is more costly. My requests for a little OT has fallen on deaf ears. I do an excellent job but I believe the boss has it in for me.

This is not illegal discrimination. You do not have a right under the law to overtime and if the employer chooses to give it to contractors rather than to you, that is his right.
