Hey okay this is kind of messed up.. and if anyone can help me out and give me some advice that would be great. Me and my boyfriend rarely drink. When we do something happens.. like the cops show up. Im 19 and hes 20 by the way. Both underage.
Well we were driving home from a club we went to for THE FIRST TIME we drank outside of our apartment complex and we get pulled over as we pulled into the driveway to our apartment.
My boyfriend was driving and i was in the passenger seat. The state police acted as if i wasnt even there until the end. They asked my boyfriend to step out of the car ect. ect. then about 15-20 minutes later hes getting cuffed and put in the back of the cop car. They quickly asked for my license and wrote me an MIP and told me to just walk home.They wrote my boyfriend an OWI. I am really just concerned about a few things. I know we shouldnt have been driving and we will never again.. but since were both charged i really want to find how much this is going to cost at the most for both of us to pay. Also, what things we will have to do like AA and so forth. Is my boyfriend going to have a suspended license? God, someone please help me out here. We messed up but i need some advice before the court appearance. like what to expect and stuff. Thanks a lot!!!
