We have signed contract and paid in full for the use of a beach property from Thursday, October 9th through Monday, October 13th. No keys received - no phone calls answered. Any advice? We keep calling and e-mailing asking where we can pick up keys.
We are going to attempt to get a hotel room for our vacation and then persue this later but it was a lot of money. Anything we can do now? Please advise, thanks!
