paid in full, sevice incomplete

I paid a photographer 1600.00 for my wedding photos/album. We received only our proof book for 250.00 and his services for the day. I recently realized that we never completed our actual album (it has been 7 years) and wanted to obtain just a few reprints instead. (at his new prices) He will not do anything further w/o any more money, despite the fact that we paid in full when we signed on w/him. I do have a receipt that states how much we paid and when. Do I have any recourse?

Unfortunately, the statue of limitations will apply to you. Claims must be filed up to 5 years in most states for claims like yours for you to have any recourse. Good Luck!
