Paid on wifes CH7 bankruptcy - reclaim $$?

The divorce process has just started. Been married for 5+ years. Wife cheated with boyfriend during marriage. Wife filed (alone) for CH-7 bankruptcy after 2 years of marriage because of debt ex-husband incurred. We paid $1500/mth for 18 months towards the CH-7 before refinancing her house (I sold my house) to pay off bankruptcy. No equity left in house now and I had to co-sign on mortgage because of her credit score. Can I reclaim any of this money paid in the divorce settlement?

If you can show she brought that debt into the marriage and that you are shouldering the debt on the house because you paid it, yes you can. It's going to require hearings and evidence. You probably need a lawyer to do that.
