how to get money back after paying over 10,000 within a year and a half. still living in the same house, i live in houston tx and I'm on housing, and housing said that the landlord was not suppose to do that, that is against the housing rules, and the landlord took advantange because I was new to the program. So basically how do I get my 10,000 back?

Are you saying that you are section 8 and that you paid $10K to your landlord? Housing should be going after this guy since he was receiving money from taxpayers and from you!
