This is probably an obvious question, but I couldn't find anything in my research.
My 20 yr old daughter recently had an accident in a friend's car. Turns out the friend has no insurance and my daughter will have to pay for the cars. My question is: Given that she is under 21, can I (as the parent) be held responsible for this debt?
