I have another Problem...

I park my car in a single enclosed garage. My Garage happens to be nest to the fire lane, which is also used by residents for loading and un-loading only. It is a battle everyday trying to acess my garage because it is always blocked by maintence, other residents and even the Manager on site and her family members! This poses a big problem for coming and going! I have to have the menager ask people to move their cars, and of course hers as well! In my lease it states that no-one is to park there! I even spoke to the owner and shhe told me that she would speak to the manager. Nothing is being done! Is the reason to terminate my lease early?

Blocked and annoyed...Answers anyone?

No - advise the property owner in writing that the problem is continuing and that you intend to vacate the unit at the end of your lease because of it. Note that you are documenting the # of times you are blocked in, the length of time it takes to get the offending vehicle removed, and that you plan on taking legal action for reimbursement for your time since the problem is not resolved.
