Parking Lot Liability Question

Just seeking information on liability regarding our church parking lot. We have several areas that have developed sinking and holes thru age from older property that was removed years ago ..Some softball in size. Is the church responsible for any accidents or injury?

Of course, all property owners are potentially at risk for hazards that exist on their property. If you're smart, you'll fix or remove all such hazards.
