Boyfriend was on parole. Good standing and only had eight months to go. He was in a DUi accident. He hit a light post. Was arrested On a Friday night. He turned himself in on Monday morning to his parole agent. How much time do you think he'll get?

It all depends on what his original charge is, the one that he's on parole for at present.
If its a lighter felony, with your state's finances in dire straights, its often three to nine months.
That's a guess, and it isn't gospel.
Its what I hear from other attorneys around the courthouses, the bars, and in bar meetings.

The original reason for parole was, drug charges. I was a felony count, 4 years ago. He has been out and has been in really good standing. I am hoping 3 to 9 months is all he actually gets. He was just processed on Monday so we are awaiting all his information and court dates.

Oh, a small drug beef. Hang on, it could be 30 days or less. Make sure he behaves himself, shows remorse, and asks for help and rehab for alcohol issues.
