The inventor has come up with a product. If he tells people he has a product which can save money, but does not tell them how it is done, is that considered disclosure?
Secondly, if he were to show a demo of the product (not what the end product will really look like) working, but have NDA/NCA's in place and technological disguises in how the product works or looks, is that disclosure?
If he does do a patent on the product/process he wants to be sure that he has not done something to nulify the potential patent.
