March 7th, I get a call from a girl which states "hey we have to talk, i have your baby, she was born yesterday". I never thought the child looked like mine, so I was waiting until the test results came back before i made a decision of what I was going to do. So I recently took a paternity test and the child was proven not to be mine. Prior to me testing i was dealing with an exorbitant amount of harassment, which was about 4-5 months. Instant messages (saved), myspace messages (saved), phone calls, fathers day messages from "my daughter", an invite which stated "I would like you to come see your daughter be baptized it would mean a lot" also there were pictures of me on her myspace which were negative towards my image. One was a picture of my face stating "this man is a dead-beat dad" as her default picture, so everyone could see. I have about 15 different pictures with basically the same message which i saved from either her myspace or our instant messages. If i blocked her online, I would just get more messages or phone calls, if not from her, from her friend. And I was waiting until I got the results of the test before I was going to pursue anything legal. Also in the instant messages there were a few threats, ie: hitting me with a car, destroying my car, etc. The paperwork states I have 30 days to do something or its final. Any opinions?
