I want to obtain a paternity test to find out if my son is biologically my child. My son is now 14 and I have recently uncovered information that my Ex had an affair and that my son might not be biologically my child. I have paid almost 50,000 dollars in child support and I want to know if I can obtain the test and if this becomes reality, can I sue her for the money and emotional trauma this has caused me. Don't I have the legal right to now know the truth?

Because the child was born during your marriage he was and is yours legally! Its not likely after 14 years that is going to change.
