Pay the Utilities yes or no?

I lease a house that I no longer live in. The lease is up in Aug. 08' I still pay on the lease but do not have any thing in the house, my room is empty. My roomates want me to split the utilities and cable, both of which are not in my name, do I have to still pay on the cable and utilities each month even though I am not living there and paying on the lease?

Yes - you are responsible for ALL terms of the lease/rental agreement including sharing in utilities, rent and upkeep!!
