I have a payday loan with payday one. their from delaware. I live in pennsylvania. I took 500 dollars out and now i can't pay the 165 montly fee to refinance, I called them and they won't take anything less. I put a stop payment on my bank accout. what will happen next. they say they will prosecute me for passing a bad check. i don't own anything, i rent. I thougt in pennsylvania you can only garnish wages from taxes and child support.

What are you seeking here? Putting a stop payment on your check is a bad idea. You owe the money. Better to try to work it out than protest that you shouldn't pay what you rightly owe. There is no getaway and better to appease flies with honey than with a flyswatter.
