A man from India is calling my cell and job phone stating I owe $300 payday loan that was returned, he says November 2008 ACH by bank. I have checked my bank statements back to September 2008 and did not find any thing. This man calls my job to have me fired and put in jail. He will not give name of company, fax, or email any info pretaining to his company or the one looking for me. He has used relatives phone numbers to call me (relative number appear on caller ID instead of his). How can I find out if this is a scam. Ive asked several time for prove this this is not from him. My employers are getting very hungry.

Call the police. If he is a real collections agency he has violated pretty much every law there is based on what you just said in your post.

In the mean time you need to talk to your boss and explain that you never had this debt, and this guy is trying to scam you. Tell them what he has done. You need to make sure that they understand that this is not being done because of anything you have done so that they don't get over-frustrated with this.
