How old are you? Are you still in high-school or are you in college?

Judges are funny. They think a "man" that is old enough to father a child is old enough to minimally support said child...So they input an income. In your case (seemingly) they have inputed a income as if you were working part time at a minimum wage job. And of course there is no reason on earth that you can't work at a McJob 10 hours a week in order to help support your daughter. It isn't your parents responsibility or the tax payers responsibility to financially support your child. Just you and mom.

If you don't pay your child support you will be in contempt of court...The repercussions of contempt can be anything from monetary fines, loss of license even jail time.

The only way you can get out of paying child support is to file for custody. If mom is the custodial parent she is entitled to child support. since you created a child you really do not get the luxury of not working. You have a child to support now so you should be working part time. Are your parents being paid at all for babysitting? Has custody been determined in court? Sounds like it was given to mom.
