:dunno:Hello, my name is Shereber Morris and I financed a 2001 Infinity I30 ($14000) which was towed March 08 by the Sheriff for parking tickets. My dealership went to pick up the car after they found out that it was towed and were told that I had already regained possession of my car. Because I was and am still paying the bill monthly as contracted, they believed this. My car was then auctioned for ($2200). I just want to know if that lien is still my legal responsibility or that of the person whom bought the car.
