Payment in Installments

I won a small claims suit and the person wants to pay me in installments of $100/month. If I accept this, will I be able to change it later on if his financial situation improves, or will I be stuck with taking the $100/month until he's paid in full?

There is nothing that says you cannot write up an agreement between you and the person who owes you this money stating the amount will increase if their financial situation improves.
