I was being harassed at work for years they recently fired me. I recently found out that the males whom have the same education, and title as me are making up to 50 cents more. I was told when starting that no raises are given and everyone is paid the same. Is this against the law I feel it is extremely unfair and possibly another harassment charge can you let me know please whom I would contact to make a complaint if it is possible to do so.

It is only against the law if you have evidence that they are paid more BECAUSE they are male. There are any number of legal reasons why one person might be paid more, or less, than other people in the same job. Education and title are not the only possible factors.

Just a few legal reasons you might be paid differently: years experience, special skills, performance, hire date, market conditions at hire or during tenure, seniority, they negotiated a higher rate/asked for a raise, rate offered to entice them to accept the job offer, prior compensation, favoritism, nepotism, productivity, and many more.
