I work as a volunteer in church and the pastor of the church believes that I support Obama just because I am African American. (This is a predominantly White church). Because of his assumptions, he will not allow me to work in the ministry I have been working in for almost a year. Did he break the law when denying me the right to work in ministry for what he deems are my voter beliefs?
