What is the criteria for a legitimate personal injury lawsuit. I recently lost a testicle on the job. What type of suit would this be?

Depends on the circumstances though. Could have 2 different claims. For example, if you were in a work vehicle and someone else caused an accident and that's why you lost a testicle, then you would be able to make a claim against their insurance and Workers Comp. Always depends on the circumstances.
