Hi im a new member here probably the newest im 20 years old male i have a question about people asking me for loans out of MY pocket.My step father in-law has came to me countless times asking me for money 1 time he wanted me to go get a loan for him i got him a loan for 300.00 $ i had him write out a paper saying that he accepted to pay back the loan on that account number the payments of such and such a month every month on that day.Sence then he has gotten 2 more loans from me one for 250.00$ and another for 150.00$ both time i have had him write out he would pay me back the exact amount in wich i have loaned to him.I also had him sighn the paper his wife sighn the paper my wife sighn the paper and i have sighned the paper. Im very worried at this time cause im not to sure if im doing somthing wrong here and they keep coming back for more knowing in some way they can get away with it.PLEASE if anyone can answer this right away i need to know what i should do. NOTE: he hasent payed me back on any of the loans nor made an effort towards the loan from the company.The loan for the company first payment is due tomorrow.These people are hole diggers.
