I sold my personal watercraft to a buyer on 7/28/08. He took it home and couldn't get it running correctly so he brought it to a repair shop. He found out that it needed alot of work so called me three weeks later and told me that he wasn't going to pay to get it fixed and he was going to bring it back to me. I told him that it was his now and I didn't want it back.
Yesterday 9/8/08 he brought it back without my consent and dropped it in my driveway. He wants me to refund all the money. I said no and now he is taking me to court.
