I was in a store with my friend and stole 2 things that added up to $116 and she stole 3 things that added up to over $150. The both of us have to go to court in 2 months and I'm pleading guilty. This is the first time that this has happened and I assure you that it will never happen again. I'm very worried that because I'm 24 I can face jail time in county jail for a period of time. Can anyone help me out as to how bad this sentence could get for Suffolk County, NY?
